How far in advance should I book a training session?
Contacting us as soon as you start thinking about organizing a training is the best option. A minimum lead time of one month before the start of the training is requested.
What are your available training hours?
I adapt the daily program according to the availability of your team members during the training session. We understand that running an establishment like yours requires adaptability.
However, at least 4 to 5 hours per day is recommended to properly process some recipes.
Where do your training sessions take place?
All training sessions will take place directly at your establishment. Working in their own kitchen with their own equipment is the best way to ensure your team’s performance on a daily basis.
Do you provide the necessary ingredients and equipment?
No. The establishment should provide all equipment and ingredients for the entire training period.
A detailed list of all the necessary items will be provided at least 2 weeks prior to the
beginning of the training.
What is a typical training session like?
A typical training session lasts between 3 to 10 days.
Each team member will receive a booklet with the different recipes previously agreed upon with the client.
From processes and plating to preservation and waste management, all elements are covered.
A Q&A session is planned at the end and start of each day to ensure everyone understands each point of the training.
What are the goals of the training sessions?
The training sessions aim to help your team members learn new techniques, gain confidence, and improve efficiency to ensure better performance and productivity.
